1. Acceptance By using Hapypay, you agree to these Terms with Billionaire Global Fintech Sole Co., Ltd.
2. Eligibility Must be 18 years or older Valid Lao PDR ID or work permit Valid Lao PDR phone number (+856) Not on financial sanctions lists 3. Prohibited Activities Money laundering or terrorist financing Fraudulent transactions or identity theft Hacking or exploiting the system Multiple or fictitious accounts 🚫 Violations result in account suspension and reporting to BOL.
4. Transaction Limits Unverified: 500,000 LAK/day KYC Level 1: 5,000,000 LAK/day KYC Level 2 (Full): 50,000,000 LAK/day 5. Governing Law Governed by laws of the Lao PDR. Disputes resolved in courts of Vientiane Capital.
